From now on, Sand and Sea Homes is only supporting listings compliant with the Cabo Multiple Listing Service regulations. All other listings will be phased out and no longer displayed. If you have not signed an exclusive listing agreement with Sand and Sea, you will need to do so in the near future if you want to continue advertising your property.

To be fair to all clients, the order of the listings is controlled by a ‘randomize’ function. Listings will appear in a different order each time you open the page. See below for some old regulations that are now being enforced.

President Calderon has decided to enforce some existing regulations that were previously ignored. The following applies only to new subdivisions:
1) You cannot subdivide to less than 1,500 square meters
Example: If you have a 2000 square meter lot, you cannot subdivide at all because the remaining 500 square meters is less than 1500 and would therefore not be approved.
2) No new subdivision can have a boundary of less than 30 meters
3) You can only have five houses on a hectare
Presumably, each house, on its own equally sized lot, is what’s intended – but that’s unclear in the wording of the regulation.
